A six week immersion into intentional embodiment in mind, body, heart and soul. We will move, meditate, and breathe, practicing coming into the presence of Jesus and making that our constant. We will experience new ways to pray and connect more deeply to God through embodiment. You will also receive daily prayers and scripture meditations for each day of the week so we can remain connected to God and each other throughout the week, truly growing in Him!
