This is our most immersive option into the practice, with an invitation to flow 3 times a week together for six weeks. This immersion is meant to grow intentional embodiment, integrating mind, heart, body and soul. We will move, meditate and breathe, practice coming into the presence of Jesus and making that our constant. We will expereience new ways to pray and connect more deeply to God through mind body connection. You will also receive 3 daily prayers and scripture meditations for each day of the week, so we can practice daily together.
